Refund policy

Because many of these items are bespoke or made to order, all sales are final. Of course if there is a problem with your jewelry that makes it unwearable -- such as it arriving broken -- I may be able to fix or replace parts. Please contact me for help. If you need a ring at a specific size, get in touch about customizing your order before purchase. If you live in Wellington, you can come visit the studio and we'll resize the ring there. :)



We'll do everything we can to make sure your items arrive safely -- all shipping includes tracking, and signature on delivery. We use NZ Post for both domestic and international shipping, but if there is a specific courier service you'd like to use, get in touch before placing your order (additional fees may apply). For international shipping, customs charges applied at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.



All prices are listed in $NZD. They'll convert automatically on purchase to your local currency, or you can pop the price into a converter to see how much they are today.
